After much consideration regarding additional childcare, we decided an au pair would be the best fit for our lifestyle and needs. Cultural Care was recommended to us by a neighbor who currently uses them and we have been extremely satisfied. From the very first encounter to the monthly check-ins, we have been impressed with the professionalism and thorough nature of all involved. As virtual newcomers to the application and selection process, we were guided and helped along, our choices presented to us clearly and without bias. Our Local Care Coordinator Jennifer touches base with us and makes us aware of any changes to policies and procedures, and is always coming up with fun ideas for the monthly au pair meetings. She is always available if a question or situation arises and she works with everyone involved to reach a mutually agreeable outcome. We are grateful that our first experience with an au pair has been so positive and we attribute that primarily to the care and consideration that Cultural Care utilizes in acquiring and placing their au pairs.
