This meeting will be a planning session for our host family event in May as well as our spring safety meeting.

If you want to invite a friend please have them meet you after 7:30 so we have time to plan.

You do not have to eat at the resturant, it is your choice, but you must particiate in the planning and safety activites.

Our March Au Pair meeting will be a movie night. It will be on a weeknight Tuesday March 2nd You can choose the movie you want to see and the good news is that we have discounted tickets, so any movie is $5.

We will all meet at the ticket counter before 7, sign in and then go to the movie you pick. I will send you a list of movies at the end of February to choose from.

Please bring $5 cash to this meeting to pay for your ticket.

* Please bring a canned food item/s to this meeting for a local food bank that provides needy families with food during Christmas. We will be making a donation on behave of Cultural Care Au Pairs and their host families.
 
* We will also be making Christmas cards for children in an orphanage in New Orleans and Brazil.
*Bring your cameras as we will have a photo props area where you can take pictures.

 For the October monthly meeting we will be going to Krop’s Crops in Great Falls with three other Au Pair groups. We will be going on hay rides, picking pumpkins, and making hotdogs and smores over an open camp fire.

This meeting is on a weeknight, October 29th at 7:15. Please be on time as we all have to get on a wagon to go the campsite and pumpkin patch. The cost of this meeting is $8 and that includes a pumpkin to take home with you, admission, food, and drinks. Please bring the $8 to the September meeting.

We will be serving roasted beef hotdogs, smores, apple cider and water.

The meeting will be Saturday August 22 and will be an all day trip. We will leave in the morning and return early evening. The cost for the caverns will be $14.50 and you will also need money for lunch and $2 per Au Pair for gas, please bring cash for admisssion to the Caverns and for gas. We will be going with another Au Pair group from Herndon. Please meet at my house no later than 8:40 a.m.

Hi, In April we will be having our monthly meeting combined with a Host Family Event. The  date for this event is April 19th from 11a.m.- 2:00 p.m. The event will take place at  Claude Moore Park,  and will be a great time for all Au Pairs and their host families. I will be sending out formal invitations for this event next week with the exact time and location.

The theme of this event is a hot dog roast and international dessert and ice cream social.  Host families please bring an ice cream topping and Au Pairs please bring a dessert from your home country to share with everyone.
